Responsibilities
Investigation, concept, specifications, sourcing and quotation of automated equipment and assembly jigs used in the assembly of products.
Manage development of new equipment including, design, specification, justification, acquisition of necessary materials, oversees fabrication, install and troubleshoot new equipment brought into the facility.
Root cause analysis on production problems and concerns to improve quality and efficiency.
Perform evaluations and justifications for capital improvements to improve safety, productivity, and quality.
Perform process FMEA studies to identify and resolve problem issues.
Coordinate the implementation of process changes or modifications in conjunction with production, materials and quality.
Provide capacity studies and cost evaluations as needed for financial quotes or planning.
Requirements
